English-Azeri (Latin Script) Talking Partner Dictionary for Windows provides bidirectional word translation and English speech synthesis.

The dictionary is easy to install on a desktop computer. It translates words from English to Azeri and from Azeri to English.

The target word is displayed with its synonyms. The reverse translations are also provided. You can either key in the word or use the Quick Search function.
