iiGroup, Inc. Acquires Travlang.com

Boca Raton, Florida, February 25, 2000 – iiGroup, Inc.(OTCBB:iiGR - news) today announced that its Travlang.com subsidiary had entered into an agreement with Alta Vista to provide content to the AltaVista Live Network. This licensing agreement will enable users of the AltaVista Live! World Channel (www.world.altavista.com) to access the over seventy foreign language translation dictionaries, audio libraries of foreign language words, images and information of currencies of the world, international rules of the road, international signs, and international calendars that Travlang.com has been providing on the Internet for the past five years.

Neil Swartz, CEO of iiGroup, Inc. stated "This is the first of what we believe will be a series of significant licensing agreements for Travlang.com.
